More news on the housing front....

Here are pictures of a 2BR+ house in the neighborhood close to the university. Nice little house, some tacky/ugly elements (wood paneling, brick in kitchen). Pets okay, little yard for planting. $1275.
I also canceled the appointment I had at 4:00 today (Friday), because I checked out the neighborhood and decided it wasn't for us. Also, the apartment building was run-down looking from the outside.
For tomorrow: one appointment scheduled (2nd floor apartment in house), three others to call for appointments, and two e-mailed for an appointment. We'll see, I guess!
Wow, rent is expensive for such small places...I'll keep my fingers crossed that the perfect one is still to be seen.
